• Magnets zapped to full saturation level on custom built magnatizers.
• Armatures trued with a diamond bit lathe.
• Armature shafts polished.
• Armatures shimmed to center of magnetic field.
• Bushings polished and honed.
• Brush hoods aligned for proper brush contact.
• High performance motor brushes soldered and springs installed.
• Each motor is then dyno tuned using a CE dyno and includes printout and new motor tube.
